If your jewelry is in need of repair based on normal usage, simply send the item back to us (postage prepaid) to be fixed. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to the beginning of the repair.

For your protection you may want to send all repairs via UPS or insured Parcel Post.
